State of Missouri team member,

You asked us to improve our approach to professional development, training, coaching, feedback, accountability, and recognition. ENGAGE 2.0 is designed to do that. Over 1,500 team members from across the state and all departments contributed to ENGAGE 2.0’s design, and we are now rolling it out.

An important part of ENGAGE 2.0 is the ability for you – ALL team members – to provide anonymous feedback to your supervisor. This feedback only goes to your supervisor to help him or her. It is also optional – you don’t have to do it. 
We tested this feature last fall in the pilot with over 1,000 team members. The response was overwhelmingly positive from both supervisors and staff alike. 

On Monday, March 2, you will receive an email with a link to provide feedback to your supervisor. The feedback survey is simple. It asks a few questions about what your supervisor is doing well and what they might do better. It is quick, easy, and only takes a few minutes. You can do it on your computer or your phone with a few clicks. You will have until March 31 to provide your feedback. You will then have the same opportunity every 3 months.
